Job summary

Laurelton Jewelry is seeking a Director of Global HR Systems & Analytics to lead the HR technology, analytics, and insights agenda across the global organization. You will own strategy, governance, and roadmap for core HR platforms, advancing an integrated people data capability with AI-enabled automation and self-service reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in HRIS, HR operations, or HR technology leadership roles.
• Significant leadership experience managing global HRIS teams and cross-functional programs.
• Deep functional and operational knowledge of HR processes across core HR, organizational management, talent, compensation, recruiting, performance, learning, and payroll interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead global HR systems strategy, governance, and operations.
• Drive harmonization of HR processes and data governance to support global standards.
• Develop analytics dashboards, reporting frameworks, and workforce insights; enable AI-enabled automation.
• Lead HR technology transformation programs and manage stakeholders across HR, IT, Finance, Legal, and LVMH partners.
• Lead UAT, change management, user training, and adoption strategies for new capabilities; ensure successful releases.
