This role owns the strategy, roadmap, governance, and optimization of core HR platforms, while advancing a more integrated people data capability inclusive of AI-enabled automation, dashboards, self-service reporting, and actionable workforce insights. The Director also leads a global HRIS and analytics team and acts as the senior point of accountability for HR systems transformation, releases, integrations, data integrity, analytics enablement, and the responsible use of emerging AI capabilities, and proactive stakeholder engagement across global and Group-level priorities.

This is an in-office role with the option to be based out of Tiffany & Co.’s New York City, New Jersey, or Paris, France Corporate office.

  • Drive harmonization and standardization of global HR processes while accommodating critical local regulatory and business needs; establish strong data governance practices to ensure quality, security, privacy, and compliance.

2. Analytics, AI, Dashboards & Workforce Insights

Evolve HR analytics capabilities by developing dashboards, reporting frameworks, and workforce insights that support operational excellence, strategic decision-making, and proactive talent actions.

  • Partner with HR COEs, HR Operations, IT, Finance, and Data/Analytics teams to translate business requirements into scalable reporting, self-service analytics, and insight-generation solutions.

  • Maintain deep knowledge of the business and employee populations to shape relevant dashboards, identify trends, integrate responsible AI-enabled automation, and convert people data into clear actions for leaders.

3. Transformation, Stakeholder Partnership, LVMH Collaboration & Service Delivery

Lead HR technology transformation programs, including implementations, migrations, organizational redesigns, and process improvement initiatives, while actively managing senior stakeholders across HR, IT, Finance, Legal, regional teams, and LVMH counterparts.

  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate business readiness prior to system releases managed by IT. Champion change management, user training, and adoption strategies for new capabilities.

  • Serve as a trusted liaison with LVMH to align on enterprise HR systems direction, share best practices, evaluate Group capabilities, and influence the adoption of common processes, tools, governance standards, and reporting approaches where appropriate.

  • Define and monitor service levels, KPIs, controls, and user experience metrics for HR systems support and delivery; serve as the escalation point for complex system, process, analytics, and data issues affecting HR operations globally.

  • Drive the harmonization and standardization of global HR processes (Talent, Comp, Core HR) in partnership with HR COEs, ensuring IT delivers scalable technology solutions to support these processes.

4. Leadership & Team Development

Lead, and develop a high-performing global HR systems and analytics team, including internal staff, implementation partners, and vendor resources.

  • Foster a collaborative, service-oriented, and innovation-minded culture that strengthens technical expertise, business partnership, analytical capability, disciplined execution, and accountability for measurable outcomes.
