Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in HR, information systems, or related field.
• 10+ years in HRIS, HR operations, or HR technology leadership roles.
• Experience leading global HRIS teams and cross-functional programs.
• Deep knowledge of HR processes across core HR, organizational management, talent, compensation, recruiting, and payroll interfaces.
• Strong experience with Oracle HCM and SAP SuccessFactors as primary platforms and working knowledge of the other in a global environment.
• Experience leading global implementations, upgrades, integrations, and post-go-live optimization.
• Understanding of HR data governance, security models, controls, and privacy requirements.
• Experience across geographies and legal entities in a matrixed organization.
• Ability to balance Tiffany business needs with LVMH standards, governance, and transformation priorities.
• Vendor management, project governance, and budget management experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define global HR systems strategy, roadmap, governance, and operating rhythm.
• Act as Business Owner for core HR platforms, define requirements, epics, and user stories; coordinate with IT on configuration and integrations.
• Drive standardization of global HR processes while respecting local regulatory needs; establish data governance for quality, security, privacy, and compliance.
• Develop dashboards, reporting frameworks, and workforce insights to support decision-making.
• Partner with HR COEs, HR Operations, IT, Finance, and Data/Analytics to translate requirements into scalable reporting and analytics.
• Lead HR technology transformation programs, including implementations, migrations, and process improvements; manage senior stakeholders across functions and regions.
