Job summary

Munich Re America Services is seeking a Global HRBP to translate business priorities into a people strategy that supports growth and transformation. You will partner with Group Technology and MRAS to drive leadership, talent, and succession initiatives in a multinational context.

You will collaborate with SHRBP teams across regions to drive strategic projects, recruit management positions, and foster a positive employee experience within a heavily matrixed corporate environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in business administration, law, social sciences, or HR qualification.
• 7+ years in-depth experience in core HR areas.
• Experience in international project work.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive and support change processes with management and groups such as Group Technology Organization Design and HR Centers of Excellence.
• Participate with SHRBP on strategic planning, executive reviews, local and global HR initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end Talent Review process for assigned areas with insights for leadership.
• Lead recruiting efforts for key positions using internal and external sources.
• Provide expert guidance to managers on employee relations matters.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to attract, develop, and retain talent.
• Leverage HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and drive improvement.
• Cooperate with works council and speakers' committee at Munich Re.
