Munich Reinsurance America, Inc. is hiring an HR Business Partner within Global HR, partnering with Group Technology and MRAS to translate business priorities into people strategies.

You will work with SHRBP teams to drive leadership, talent, performance and succession initiatives across regions and functions. The role offers exposure to international projects, a matrixed organization, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in core HR areas with strategic impact
• Experience in international project work
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative mindset
• Ability to operate in a matrixed corporate environment
• Strong change management and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English; German a plus

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end Talent Review processes and provide insights to senior leadership
• Drive recruiting for key positions across Munich Re Group
• Provide guidance on employee relations and disciplinary actions
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to attract, develop, and retain talent
• Leverage HR metrics and analytics for continuous improvement
• Partner with works council and employee representatives to foster positive work environment
