Job summary

Horizon3 is a fast-growing, fully remote cybersecurity company seeking an experienced HR Business Partner. You will partner with Engineering, Product, Design, Security Research, and Data teams to scale high-performing groups, advise on org design, and drive talent management during rapid growth.

Responsibilities include coaching managers, leading workforce planning, conducting talent reviews, and leveraging data to mitigate risks.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of HR Business Partner experience supporting high-growth technology organizations.
• Experience partnering with Engineering, Product, or other technical organizations through rapid growth and change.
• Strong business acumen with ability to translate priorities into practical people strategies.
• Proven ability to influence and coach leaders using data, judgment and credibility.
• Experience with organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and performance management.
• Strong judgment in employee relations and navigating complex people situations.
• Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a builder mindset.
• Experience supporting globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.
• Deep knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and scalable people programs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Engineering, Product, Design, Security Research, and Data leaders to scale high-performing organizations.
• Advise leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and resourcing strategies.
• Coach managers through hypergrowth and change, develop talent, and build strong management practices.
• Help leaders build high-performing organizations through clear expectations and consistent performance standards.
• Lead headcount planning with Engineering and Finance, aligning investments to roadmap delivery.
• Drive talent reviews, calibration, succession planning and promotions.
• Use data on engagement, attrition and health to identify risks and improve team effectiveness.
• Support leaders through organizational changes to keep teams aligned and engaged.
• Accelerate onboarding and development of new managers and leaders.
