Solomon Page represents our client in its search for an experienced Director, HR Business Partner to support Operations and Quality across a large, regulated environment. This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role that partners with senior leaders while staying close to the realities of the business and the employee population.

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in an HRBP or HR leadership role supporting a large, complex organization.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or another relevant regulated environment.

On behalf of our client we are seeking an experienced Director, Human Resources Business Partner to support a workforce across Operations and Quality. This is a highly visible, hands‑on leadership role for someone who can partner strategically with senior leaders while staying close to the realities of the business and the employee population comprised of both hourly and salaried workers.

Please note this is onsite in New York 5 days/week.
