Job summary

Bruker Corporation is seeking an experienced Global HR Business Partner for the BMS Division to serve as a trusted advisor to divisional leadership and shape the people strategy across the global organization.

This role provides HR leadership for two U.S. sites—BMID BMS in Utah and BMID MDx in Washington State—driving talent management, organizational design, leadership development, employee relations, and workforce planning in a complex matrix across North America and beyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner roles supporting senior leadership.
• Experience in global, matrixed organizations and partnering with leaders across regions.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Business Partnership: align HR strategy with divisional and corporate objectives and provide data-driven HR guidance.
• Global HR Leadership for the BMS Division: lead initiatives across the global division and ensure regional alignment.
• U.S. Site HR Responsibility: provide HR leadership for Utah and Washington sites and advise on employee relations and performance.
• Talent and Organization Development: drive succession planning, leadership development, and collaboration with Talent Acquisition.
• Change Management and Organizational Effectiveness: guide leaders through transformations and design organization changes.
• HR Operations and Collaboration: partner with CoEs and HR Operations to deliver consistent HR programs.
