Job summary

Bruker is seeking an experienced Global HR Business Partner for the BMS Division, serving as a trusted advisor to divisional leadership and driving people strategy. This role also provides HR leadership for BMID BMS in Utah and BMID MDx in Washington State, within a global matrix organization.

The successful candidate will partner with North America, Europe, and APAC leaders, supporting international HR initiatives and balancing local business needs across multiple countries and time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner roles.
• Experience in global, matrixed organizations.
• Proven experience partnering with leaders across multiple countries and regions.
• Experience in Life Sciences, Medical Devices, Healthcare, or related industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with divisional and corporate objectives.
• Lead global HR initiatives for the BMS Division and facilitate cross-regional alignment.
• Provide HR leadership for the Utah and Washington sites and advise managers on employee relations and performance.
• Drive succession planning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and HR Operations to ensure consistent HR program delivery.
