Bruker Nano Surfaces & Metrology in Logan, Utah seeks an experienced Global HR Business Partner for the BMS Division. This strategic leadership role serves as a trusted advisor to divisional leaders, shaping people strategy and driving talent, organizational design, and culture across North America, Europe, and APAC.

You will provide HR leadership for BMID US sites in Utah and Washington State, partnering with Centers of Excellence, Talent Acquisition, and Total Rewards to guide workforce

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; experience leading HR in a global matrix organization.
• Experience influencing senior leaders with data-driven HR guidance.
• Strong understanding of organizational design, leadership development, and talent management.

Responsibilities

• Strategic business partnership with senior leaders to align people strategies with business objectives.
• Lead HR initiatives across the global BMS Division and across North America, Europe, and APAC.
• Provide HR leadership for the Utah and Washington sites and advise on employee relations, performance, and development.
• Drive succession planning, talent reviews, and leadership development in collaboration with TA and OD teams.
• Guide organizational change and transformation efforts, ensuring compliant and scalable HR practices.
