- Experience coordinating with executive leadership across time zones.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate global HR transformation initiatives, including performance management, compensation, and HR systems.
- Partner with executive HR leadership to manage strategic priorities, timelines, and cross-functional deliverables.
- Develop project plans, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools to monitor progress and risks.
- Prepare executive presentations and leadership communications.
- Coordinate with HRIS and talent teams to ensure consistent execution across regions.
- Support change management initiatives and adoption of updated HR programs.
