Job summary

Columbus McKinnon is seeking a Director of HR Technology and Workforce Analytics to define and execute a global strategy for HR tech, data, and people analytics. You will partner with HR, IT, Finance, and Legal to build a multi-year roadmap, governance, and operating model, turning workforce information into trusted business insight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with analytical focus and business impact.
• 10+ years in HR technology, HRIS, workforce analytics, or digital HR.
• 5+ years leading enterprise initiatives and teams.
• Experience with global HR tech implementations and SAP SuccessFactors.
• 3+ years of BI experience, preferably Power BI.
• Experience with global integrations and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop global HR technology, data, and analytics strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Advise CHRO and leaders on HR tech, AI, automation, and analytics.
• Lead enterprise HR digital transformation and governance for prioritization and investment.
• Define operating model, team capabilities, and service expectations.
• Own HR systems architecture and integration across HR, benefits, talent, and finance.
• Ensure security, privacy, and SOX/ITGC compliance.
