Job summary

McLarens is seeking an HRIS Manager to drive the strategic direction and governance of global HR information systems, with primary responsibility for SAP SuccessFactors. You will partner with People Operations, Payroll, and Finance to ensure the systems support global business needs.

Responsibilities include leading HR technology initiatives, configuring SuccessFactors modules, managing integrations, and delivering analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Substantial HRIS experience with hands-on SAP SuccessFactors expertise.
• Experience leading HR technology projects in global or multi-regional environments.
• Certification in SAP SuccessFactors is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain global HR technology strategy and roadmap.
• Own and support SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, Learning, Reporting & Analytics).
• Configure workflows, permissions, and foundation data for global consistency and local needs.
• Manage integrations with payroll, benefits, finance, talent, identity systems; oversee APIs and data exchanges.
• Define and enforce HR data governance standards including validation, audits, and reconciliation.
• Ensure system security, privacy, and compliance with IT, Legal, and Information Security.
• Build HR reports, dashboards, and analytics on headcount, turnover, recruitment, compensation, performance, learning, succession.
• Lead HRIS implementations, module rollouts, enhancements, and transformation projects end-to-end.
• Identify and deliver process improvements and automation to reduce manual work.
• Act as main SuccessFactors contact for People Operations and vendor relationships.
• Create user guides, training materials, and FAQs; deliver training and change management.
• Lead and develop HRIS analysts, setting priorities and service expectations.
