Job summary

Columbus McKinnon is seeking a Director of HR Technology & Workforce Analytics to shape the global HR systems, data strategy, and workforce analytics roadmap. The role reports to the CHRO and requires building governance, operating models, and practical tools to convert data into trusted business insight.

Location is Charlotte, NC, with travel up to 10%. The leader will own SAP SuccessFactors and related HR platforms, drive cyber and compliance controls, and partner with IT to ensure secure,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Data Science, or HR with analytical focus.
• 10+ years of progressive HR technology, HRIS, workforce analytics or digital HR experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing professional teams and enterprise initiatives.
• Experience leading large-scale global HR technology implementations and transformations.
• Deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, including Employee Central and related modules.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a global multi-year HR technology, data, and workforce analytics strategy.
• Serve as senior advisor to CHRO and leadership on HR tech, AI, analytics, and digital capabilities.
• Lead enterprise HR digital-transformation initiatives and establish governance.
