Applied Materials, a global leader in materials engineering solutions, is seeking an HRIS Analyst with a focus on Workday talent management and reporting to support configuration, maintenance, and enhancements of HR systems. The role partners with HR SMEs, HRIT, and cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven HR solutions.

The position requires 5–7 years as a Workday functional expert in talent management and reporting, with strong communication and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in MIS/IT/CS/Engineering.
• 5–7 years of experience as Workday functional expert in talent management and reporting.
• Strong consultative skills and ability to build relationships with HR and cross-functional partners.
• Strong communication skills with attention to detail; able to work independently or in a team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to design technology-driven HRIS solutions.
• Document workflows for Workday talent and performance modules.
• Roll out new Workday functionality for initiatives and projects.
• Gather and scope technology enhancements based on stakeholder requests.
• Create clear business requirements and articulate processes end-to-end.
