Ryan LLC is seeking a Vice President of People Group Business Partnership (VP, PGBP) to lead global HR strategy, governance, and executive people programs. This role partners with the CPO and senior leadership to drive workforce planning, organizational design, and change management across regions and business segments.

The successful candidate will oversee M&A-related HR activities, develop enterprise talent strategies, and ensure high-performance culture with strong stakeholder collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive human resources leadership experience, including executive-level responsibilities.
• Global HRBP experience across multiple regions; experience with mergers, acquisitions, and integrations.
• Certifications such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, GPHR or equivalent preferred.
