Job summary

GWS Tool Group seeks an accomplished HR executive to lead our people strategy and align talent with strategic objectives. As VP of Human Resources, you will steer HR across functions, partner with senior leadership, and drive a high-performance culture.

You will oversee compensation, benefits, regulatory compliance, and employee relations while shaping organizational development and engagement. Flexible US location with travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business admin, or related field.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Progressive senior leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of the People Strategy aligned to business objectives.
• Develop the HR team and establish clear accountability for priorities.
• Partner with executive leadership on planning and workforce transformation.
• Strengthen organizational effectiveness, engagement, and performance culture.
• Oversee benefits, payroll, leave, and workers’ compensation with compliance.
• Provide guidance on complex employee relations and external partnerships.
