Job summary

Ryan LLC seeks a Vice President, People Group Business Partnership to lead global human capital strategy. You will oversee the PG Business Partners across regions, drive HR governance, and guide executive partnership on organizational design, change, and culture initiatives.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role demands strong leadership, stakeholder management, and a proven track record in mergers, acquisitions, and workforce transformation. Hybrid work options available in Dallas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field required.
• Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related discipline preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience at executive level.
• Global HRBP experience across multiple regions preferred.
• Experience leading HR aspects of mergers, acquisitions, integrations, and transformations.
• Strong background in talent management, organizational development, and workforce planning.
• SHRM-SCP, SPHR, GPHR or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute human capital strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead enterprise talent management, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Oversee mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and integrations from a people perspective.
• Govern policies, governance frameworks, and compliance across jurisdictions.
• Partner with legal, finance, and executives to drive workforce initiatives.
• Foster inclusive, high-performance culture and strong employee engagement.
• Provide executive-level guidance on organizational design and change.
