Job summary

Ryan LLC is seeking a Vice President, Global Procurement to lead the firm’s procurement vision across North America, EMEA, and APAC, including integration of acquired companies and renegotiation of contracts. This executive role partners with Finance, Legal, IT, and business leaders to drive spend visibility, supplier management, and AI-enabled procurement transformation in a complex global environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree required with a minimum of 15+ years in procurement/sourcing leadership.
• Proven track record leading global procurement organizations and enterprise transformation.
• Executive leadership experience and ability to influence at the C-suite level.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and vendor-relations capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for global procurement across regions and acquisitions.
• Drive supplier integration, contract consolidation, and synergy realization.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, IT, and business leaders to govern procurement.
• Lead transformation initiatives including AI-enabled spend analytics and process standardization.
• Establish KPIs, drive cost savings, and manage risk across the Procure-to-Pay ecosystem.
