A growing international medical technology company is seeking a hands-on HR Director to lead its U.S. HR function and help shape its next phase of growth.

Reporting to the EVP, Global HR, you will partner closely with U.S. leadership and colleagues internationally.

This role combines strategic influence with broad responsibility across leadership development, recruiting, compensation, benefits, employee relations and HR operations.

The opportunity:

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, coaching managers and strengthening team performance.
