Job summary

Enthuse Marketing Group in Norwalk, CT is seeking an HR Associate to join the People & Culture team on a hybrid schedule, with two days in the office. You will support HR processes across onboarding, payroll coordination, compliance, and the employee lifecycle, ensuring a positive work experience.

You will work with the Senior HRBP & Benefits Manager, handle HRIS data, and assist with recruitment, benefits, and audits. A Bachelor's degree in HR and 2+ years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of HR experience in a lean corporate environment.
• Experience with HRIS technology, ideally ADP WorkForce Now.
• Ability to handle confidential data with professionalism and integrity.
• Ability to commute to the Norwalk, CT office twice per week, with potential for additional days as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out HR programs and procedures for all employees.
• Provide hands-on administrative support for the People & Culture function.
• Enter, manage, and audit sensitive employee information.
• Initiate HRIS changes for personnel events and salary actions.
• Ensure HRIS data accuracy through self-audits and reports.
• Coordinate meetings, events, and activities with HR staff.
