Job summary

Enthuse Marketing Group, LLC is seeking an HR Associate to partner with the People & Culture team in a hybrid role based in Norwalk, CT. You will handle HR administration across onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and benefits while ensuring compliance with laws and internal policies.

You will support recruitment and employee inquiries, protect confidentiality, and use AI tools to improve workflows. Two days in the Norwalk office per week are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years HR experience in a lean corporate environment.
• Knowledge of HR principles, practices and procedures.
• Ability to handle confidential data with professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Assist HR procedures and admin tasks across the People & Culture department.
• Enter, manage, and audit sensitive employee information.
• Support onboarding, changes, and offboarding processes.
• Coordinate with Payroll and Benefits for data accuracy.
• Assist recruitment efforts as needed.
