Job summary

IPC Systems is seeking a Global People Partner in New York on a hybrid, 12-month maternity cover basis. You will partner with executives to deliver people priorities, strengthen employee experience, and implement global HR programmes across IPC’s locations.

The role blends strategic partnership with hands-on execution in a fast-paced fintech environment. You will influence organisation design, workforce planning, talent management, and leadership development while collaborating with the Regional

Qualifications

• Experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to partner with senior leaders including Executive/CEO-2 populations.
• Strong analytical capability with people data to drive decisions.
• Sound knowledge of US employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience handling employee relations and coaching conversations.
• Commercial awareness linking people activity to business priorities.
• Solutions-focused, collaborative, and empathetic approach.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, shaping organisation design and leadership effectiveness initiatives.
• Support workforce planning and succession planning to meet current and future objectives.
• Coach Executive and CEO-2 leaders on engagement, performance, culture, and leadership practices.
• Leverage workforce data and market trends to identify risks and opportunities for leadership decisions.
• Lead on complex employee relations matters with appropriate escalation where needed.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on campaigns, onboarding, and new hire integration.
• Drive talent discussions and development initiatives to strengthen bench strength.
• Support change and transformation initiatives with planning and execution.
