Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR leadership experience within a legal services environment or equivalent.
• Strong experience in employee relations, investigations, performance management, and leadership coaching.
• Expertise in compensation analysis, benchmarking, and compensation program administration.
• Experience using HR metrics, workforce analytics, and HRIS platforms to support business decisions.
• Strong project management skills and ability to lead multiple initiatives.
• SHRM/PHR/SPHR or related certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to drive talent management and workforce planning.
• Lead performance management processes and coaching for managers and leaders.
• Oversee employee relations matters and investigations with strategic guidance.
