Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience with emphasis on operations, shared services, transformation or program management.
• Experience leading global HR processes across multiple regions and a matrixed organization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain global HR standards, processes, policies, and governance frameworks across the organization.
• Drive consistency and standardization of employee lifecycle processes aligned with business goals.
• Lead onboarding, offboarding, transitions, recognition programs, and employee experience initiatives.
• Provide HR business partner support for corporate and centralized groups.
• Maintain HR operations documentation and enable automation and HRIS usage.
• Partner with leaders to identify opportunities for harmonization and efficiencies.
• Drive continuous improvement to simplify, automate, and optimize HR processes globally.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to measure program effectiveness.
• Collaborate with HRIS, transformation and shared services teams to enhance system utilization and data quality.
• Manage external vendors and support mergers, acquisitions, or organizational changes as needed.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to HR teams executing global programs.
