ADP, Inc. is hiring a Lead Product Manager to build an AI-native HCM platform for small businesses. You’ll ship payroll, HR, and compliance features with GenAI at the core, collaborating with engineers, designers, and researchers to deliver customer-driven solutions.

You bring 5+ years in product management, strong data instincts, and the ability to articulate tradeoffs when adopting AI tooling. This role emphasizes customer obsession and strategic thinking while navigating an agile product

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Multiple years of product management experience with agile teams.
• Proven ability to integrate GenAI/LLM tooling into workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead scrums with engineering, design, and research to keep momentum.
• Define requirements and translate insights into product decisions.
• Collaborate across engineering, design, and business teams.
• Instrument the product with analytics to measure success.
• Stay close to users via recordings, tickets, and client calls.
• Navigate ambiguous problems and steer the roadmap accordingly.
