Qualifications

• Experience with workforce planning, analytics, organizational design, and change execution.
• Ability to partner with legal and regional experts across jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global HR strategy aligned with business objectives and operating model.
• Partner with CEO and senior leaders to translate strategy into organizational structures and headcount plans.
• Analyze workforce, financial, and operational data to identify trends and risks.
• Lead succession planning, talent reviews, and knowledge transfer for critical roles.
• Ensure compliance with global, federal, state, and local employment laws and reporting obligations.
• Coach leaders on organizational effectiveness and workforce risk management.
• Oversee core HR programs: performance, compensation, talent acquisition, employee relations, and leadership development.
