The role drives HR operations, talent planning, and regional/global initiatives across the Americas, ensuring compliant, effective programs. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of HR leadership experience, strong advisory skills for senior leaders, and deep knowledge of U.S. employment practices, compensation, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience with leadership of an HR team.
• Experience advising senior leaders on sensitive workforce matters.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment practices, compensation, benefits, and compliance.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR operations, payroll, benefits, HRIS, employee services, and annual HR programs.
• Establish policies, controls, and service standards for compliant HR practices.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, Payroll, and global HQ on audits, investigations, reporting, and risk management.
• Develop workforce and talent strategies to support business priorities and leadership succession.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, international assignments, immigration coordination, and talent mobility.
• Advise leaders on employee relations, performance, investigations, and organizational change.
• Lead leadership development, employee engagement, inclusion, and culture initiatives.
• Oversee global/regional HR initiatives and cross-border programs.
