Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, HR, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership across multiple regions and functions; experience with global workforce strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the global HR strategy aligned with business goals across North America, Asia, and Europe.
• Partner with the CEO and leadership to translate strategy into organizational design, workforce planning, and labor investments.
• Analyze workforce, financial, and operational data to identify trends and inform executive decisions.
• Lead organizational change to improve execution, scalability, and alignment with strategic direction.
• Coach leaders on effectiveness, accountability, and workforce risk; manage succession planning and leadership development.
• Oversee performance management, compensation, talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR systems globally.
• Ensure compliance with global and local employment laws and proactive risk mitigation.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required.
