Job summary

Quality Technology Services, LLC is seeking a Global Process Owner for Hire-to-Retire to drive end-to-end HR process design, governance, and data integrity across a global enterprise. You will partner with leaders to ensure standards, controls, and improvements align with business outcomes.

Responsibilities include defining process scope, enforcing governance, and delivering value realization through analytics and continuous improvement. Strong executive communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, business, or operations.
• 8+ years in HR operations, service delivery, transformation, or lifecycle process leadership.
• Experience in a large corporation with multi-location/global HR operations.
• 5+ years in enterprise process ownership or governance with measurable outcomes.
• Breadth across Hire-to-Retire processes and cross-process dependencies.
• Experience partnering with HR technology, data, payroll, legal, and IT stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end ownership for a process domain, including boundaries, decisions, controls and escalations.
• Define and maintain global process design, scope, and documentation aligned with standards.
• Govern stage gates, reconciliations, approvals, and process council reviews.
• Manage intake, prioritization and sequencing of process changes with risk assessment.
• Develop standardized artifacts: process maps, SOPs, RACIs, KPIs and data definitions.
• Lead data governance, ownership, validation rules and quality thresholds.
• Sign-off on system changes affecting end-to-end processes and translate to system requirements.
