Job summary

ADM seeks a leader to own end-to-end HR processes and technologies globally. You will drive adoption of best practices, champion new solutions, and coordinate across ADM IT and HR partners to align security and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in a process/technology role.
• Expertise in Core HR data concepts and hiring to retirement.
• Experience with HR technologies including reporting tools; SuccessFactors knowledge helpful.
• Global process design and implementation project experience.
• Strong ownership, planning, and organizational skills.
• Proactive and agile with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to ADM HR technology roadmap and assess new technologies.
• Lead a global network of Super Users across a process area.
• Act as HR focal point for non-HR initiatives interacting with HR processes.
