Job summary

QTS Data Centers seeks a Global Process Owner for Hire-to-Retire HR processes. You will design end-to-end processes, set governance, and ensure data integrity across the enterprise. You’ll partner with HR tech, payroll, and legal teams to define requirements, dashboards, and controls.

Leading with governance and analytics, you’ll drive improvements in cycle time, quality, and employee experience while aligning with executive expectations and enterprise objectives at a global scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in HR operations, service delivery, transformation, or lifecycle process leadership.
• Experience in a large corporation with 5,000+ employees.
• 5+ years in enterprise process ownership with governance, KPIs and outcomes.
• Breadth across Hire-to-Retire processes and cross-process dependencies.
• Experience partnering with HR tech teams to define data standards and dashboards.
• Experience leading in a matrixed organization with influence rather than direct authority.
• Executive-level communication for governance forums and risk escalation.
• Familiarity with AI and automation tools in HR workflows.
• Experience with US multi-state HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end process design, scope, and governance across domains.
• Define and maintain standardized process maps, SOPs, calendars, RACIs, controls, and KPIs.
• Sign-off authority on system changes affecting end-to-end process.
• Influence technology roadmaps to support process design and controls.
• Define data ownership, lineage, validation rules and data quality standards.
• Monitor process KPIs and drive data-driven improvements.
• Lead process adoption through training, communications, and readiness criteria.
• Coordinate rollout of changes with stakeholders and change partners.
• Engage with senior leaders in process councils and governance forums.
• Scope includes Hire-to-Retire and enterprise-wide process ownership.
