Job summary

Integra is seeking an HR Process Partner to design, document, govern, and improve HR processes across the employee lifecycle. You’ll translate decisions into clear documentation and independently drive process and project work with HR, HRIS, and IT.

You’ll contribute to major HR initiatives and technology implementations, embedding consistent process management, continuous improvement, and disciplined project execution across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, business, operations, or related field.
• Experience in HR operations, process management, documentation, project coordination, or transformation.
• Experience creating process maps, SOPs, work instructions, trackers, status reports, or similar documentation.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, root cause analysis, service design, or similar methods.
• Experience supporting cross-functional projects including testing, readiness, deployment, or stabilization.
• Ability to facilitate discussions, influence stakeholders, and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain end-to-end HR process documentation (maps, SOPs, work instructions, templates, controls).
• Maintain HR process repository, taxonomy, version control, and approval history.
• Facilitate process discovery sessions with process owners and stakeholders.
• Document and analyze current-state processes; identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts with data analysis and implementation tracking.
• Manage HR projects and workstreams (plans, milestones, risks, communications).
• Support major HR initiatives, technology implementations, and transformation programs.
• Prepare recurring project and portfolio reporting and escalation logs.
• Coordinate operating rhythms for active initiatives (agendas, notes, decisions).
• Apply PM and process-improvement methods; refine templates and tools.
• Track measures (cycle time, service levels, adoption, quality, efficiency).
• Promote practical continuous improvement in HR day-to-day work.
