Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Global HRIS Integration Lead to develop adoption strategies and drive end-to-end integration solutions across Oracle HCM Cloud. You will lead a team of offshore resources, define integration guidelines, and coordinate with vendors to ensure reliable data movement between systems.

The role emphasizes architecture, testing, deployment of integration components, and ensuring ongoing data integrity across HR platforms. Remote work from the US or Canada is supported.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience building integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud and HCM Cloud.
• 3+ years leading offshore teams in global HRIS projects.
• Ability to design scalable interfaces and manage integration standards.
