Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 12+ years in HR Operations, Shared Services, or related.
• 7+ years leading managers.
• Experience leading transformation and governance.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning.
• Experience with governance frameworks and metrics.
• Ability to influence across functions and drive change.

• Execute HR Operations strategy, operating model, and priorities.
• Lead Operational Excellence with knowledge, policy, and analytics.
