Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in the US-O region seeks an HR Data Engineer to transform HR data into trusted assets that power decisions and operations globally.

In an automation-first environment, you will design data migrations, integrations, and reporting solutions using Python, SQL, Oracle HCM, and RPA, ensuring quality and security.

This role collaborates with project teams and HR stakeholders to deliver scalable, repeatable processes that support transformations and business-as-usual activities.

Qualifications

• Python and SQL scripting experience for data conversion and migration.
• ETL and industry-standard migration tool experience.
• Oracle HCM mass-load templates and OTBI/BI Publisher experience.
• RPA design and build experience.
• Power BI (Power Query, DAX) experience.
• Master-data-standards compliance, exception handling, structured error resolution experience.
• Data privacy and security by design experience.
• Independent medium-to-high complexity design experience.
• Project delivery on recurring / cookbook patterns experience.
• Agile; process-first, systematic thinking experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently design, build, and support medium-to-high complexity data solutions to best-practice standards.
• Develop data conversion & migration automation using Python and SQL.
• Ensure loading complies with HR master-data standards; identify and resolve exceptions.
• Tailor Oracle HCM mass-load templates for recurring needs.
• Design and build medium-to-high complexity RPA end-to-end flows.
• Plan cleanse and migration steps and track timelines.
• Sequence data migration to meet HR processes and analytics requirements.
