Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Senior Global HR Specialist to support HR services for employees across Europe and international EOR arrangements. You will coordinate onboarding, payroll inputs, immigration processes, HRIS data, and compliance in alignment with global standards.

You will partner with Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, IT, Legal, and vendors to ensure accurate records, timely updates, and consistent service delivery across countries. Travel up to 5% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years HR experience with at least 2 years in international HR.
• Experience with cross-border employment and EOR relationships is required.
• Knowledge of GDPR and EU directives is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication across cultures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day HR operations for international units and EOR populations.
• Assist payroll, benefits, and immigration processes and documentation.
• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance and data accuracy.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, IT, Legal, and vendors to streamline delivery.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc HR reports for leadership.
