Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Senior Global HR Specialist to support European HR operations and international EOR arrangements. You will coordinate employee lifecycle activities, payroll inputs, immigration processes, and HR documentation in alignment with corporate standards and local requirements.

The role requires at least 5 years of HR experience, including international exposure, and strong knowledge of European labor laws. Travel up to 5% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; equivalent combinations considered.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day HR operations for European units and international EOR/populations.
• Serve as operational contact for employees, managers, EOR providers, and internal partners; respond to inquiries and escalations.
• Support onboarding, changes, leave, and offboarding with accurate documentation and system updates.
• Prepare and maintain employment contracts, amendments, and HR documentation using approved templates.
• Coordinate EOR onboarding, benefits, payroll inputs, and contractual documentation with local providers.
• Support employee relations by gathering facts and maintaining case documentation.
• Coordinate immigration and work-authorization activities and liaise with stakeholders.
• Assist payroll and benefits by validating data and resolving discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate employee records, case notes, and HRIS data; audit changes before payroll.
• Monitor and resolve Recruiting and HR tickets within service expectations.
• Research regulatory developments and summarize findings for policy updates.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, IT, Legal, and Compliance teams.
• Prepare reports and updates for HR leadership and drive process improvements.
• Build relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders for consistent service.
