Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Senior Global HR Specialist to coordinate HR services for employees across Europe and international EOR arrangements. You will manage HR documentation, payroll support, immigration, and compliance, partnering with internal and external stakeholders.

You will handle employee relations, data integrity, and cross-border administration, ensuring policies meet local requirements and corporate standards while protecting confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of Human Resources experience, with at least 2 years in international HR management.
• Experience with European labour laws and cross-border employment.
• Experience managing EOR relationships and international documentation is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with global HRIS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HR operations for European units and international EOR populations.
• Serve as operational contact for employees, managers, EOR providers, and vendors; escalate high-risk matters.
• Support onboarding, changes, leaves, and offboarding with accurate documentation.
• Prepare and manage employment contracts, amendments, and HR letters.
• Coordinate immigration/work authorization activities and payroll inputs.
• Support employee relations with fact gathering and case documentation.
• Maintain HR data, records, and compliance documentation for payroll.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, IT, Legal, and Compliance teams.
• Produce recurring and ad hoc HR reports and project updates.
