Job summary

Gateway Recruiting is seeking an experienced HR leader to shape an organization for the future. You will lead an enterprise HR function, partnering with executives to recruit, develop and retain a high-performing workforce. Reporting to the CEO, this role is primarily onsite and spans US, China and international operations.

You will guide compensation, benefits and HR systems, ensuring policy consistency, labor-law compliance and data-driven decision making across a global footprint.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in HR, with minimum 2 years in a technology company
• Minimum 3 years leading HR in a large, complex organization
• Strong knowledge of US and state employment laws; international understanding preferred
• Experience in finance/business roles is a plus

Responsibilities

• Oversee all HR functions worldwide, including talent acquisition, onboarding, development, performance, compensation and benefits
• Direct compensation processes and approvals; partner with site HR leaders
• Lead HR programs across US, China and other sites, ensuring legal compliance
• Develop and implement short and long-term HR strategies aligned with company goals
• Provide expert counsel to senior leadership and report to the CEO
