WorkMotion is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to support global HR processes, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management in a remote, international setting. You will collaborate with Legal, Payroll, Finance, Product, and external partners to ensure compliant and efficient HR operations across multiple European countries.

The role emphasizes customer-focused HR delivery, problem solving, and accurate execution of employment processes. Fluency in English and German is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR Operations or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws across multiple countries.
• Fluent in English and German (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Support HR Operations across assigned countries, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and internal processes.
• Resolve HR queries with customers and employees delivering timely, accurate solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver HR services and lifecycle activities.
