Unilever Jefferson City is seeking a hands-on HR People Partner to serve as the primary contact for manufacturing teammates. You will guide employee relations, lead investigations, coach leaders, and foster a positive, compliant workplace across a 24/7 operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field preferred.
• 1–3+ years HR generalist or employee relations in manufacturing.
• Experience conducting investigations and handling performance matters.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance.
• Experience with HRIS (Workday) and analytics in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Advise employees, supervisors, and managers on relations matters and performance.
• Lead workplace investigations with objectivity and timeliness.
• Coach frontline leaders on performance and discipline.
• Drive employee engagement and inclusive culture.
• Coordinate onboarding with Safety, Quality, Ops, and Training.
