Job summary

Cactus Wellhead is seeking a dynamic HR Operations Specialist to support global HR efforts, ensure compliance with local labor laws, and manage timekeeping systems and Payroll administration. You will collaborate closely with the Global Payroll Director across the region to deliver tactical HR support.

The role requires strong experience with HRIS, payroll, and timekeeping platforms, and a demonstrated ability to work across countries.

Qualifications

• Completion of an Office Administration certificate program or a BA in HR or related field, or 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years of administrative experience in a Human Resources environment.
• Experience with HRIS systems.
• Proven experience in HR operations or a related field.
• Strong understanding of payroll and timekeeping systems.
• Can work cross-functionally.
• Familiarity with benefit administration platforms.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to represent the HR team professionally and engagingly.
• Experience in payroll/HR administration; multi-country exposure strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent the HR team professionally in all interactions and foster strong relationships with employees, managers, and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations and stay updated on legislative changes.
• Process approved employee profile updates in UKG Pro and OneView, ensuring data accuracy.
• Maintain monthly payroll folders and employee records for all countries for audit and compliance.
• Respond to payroll and timekeeping inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Assist with timecard data for payroll processing using Workforce Management and OneView; resolve discrepancies.
• Validate and process benefit payment and deduction data for timely payroll processing.
• Prepare and process country-specific employment and compensation verification requests.
• Collaborate with Global Payroll and HR teams on regional/global initiatives.
