Job summary

Cactus Wellhead is seeking an HR Operations Administrator in Houston to support the HR team across regional functions, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and accurate payroll,timekeeping and benefits administration.

The role collaborates with the HR Business Partner and Global Payroll Manager to enable smooth HR operations in a multinational context, with a hybrid work arrangement and a focus on professional representation of the HR team.

Qualifications

• Completed BA in HR or related field or 3–5 years of relevant training/experience.
• 2+ years of HR administrative experience.
• Experience with HRIS systems.
• Proven payroll and timekeeping knowledge.
• Cross-functional collaboration experience.
• Familiarity with benefit administration platforms.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in payroll/HR administration; multi-country exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent the HR team professionally in all interactions.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and timekeeping processes.
• Manage payroll inquiries and audit payroll profiles.
• Operate timekeeping platforms (UKG, OneView) and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with benefits administration using Benefix and data entry.
• Collaborate with Global Payroll Manager for regional HR initiatives.
