Job summary

Digimarc in the United States is seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to own day-to-day people operations, onboarding, performance discussions, payroll, benefits, and compliance. You’ll leverage UKG, Deel, and Culture Amp to automate processes, drive data insights, and improve the employee experience with AI.

This role requires strategic thinking and collaboration across Finance, Legal, and IT, with limited travel.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in people operations or HR, ideally in a high-growth startup
• Experience with UKG, payroll, benefits, devices, and system access
• Familiarity with AI and automation to reduce repetitive admin work

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day people operations and employee experience
• Maintain onboarding, annual reviews, and payroll processes
• Provide accurate responses for employees and cross-functional partners
• Manage analytics and reporting in UKG
• Oversee benefits administration and open enrollment
• Oversee EOR relationship with Deel and international processes
