Job summary

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in People/HR, with direct experience managing HRBPs or People partners
• Broad functional depth across performance, comp, compliance, employee experience, and talent development
• Strong operator and team developer with energy from making a team perform

Responsibilities

• Directly manage the People Ops Manager and HRBP team, set priorities and provide feedback
• Own the plan for the people roadmap from scoping to shipping
• Ensure HRIS, lifecycle, compliance, and benefits run smoothly
• Own performance cycle execution, calibration, and coaching infrastructure
• Drive employee experience from onboarding to offboarding
• Develop manager training, career frameworks, and development programs
