Goldman Sachs is seeking an HR Operations Specialist within Human Capital Management to support the employee life cycle, onboarding, offboarding, and compliance across our global teams. You will partner with HRBPs, compliance, product and engineering to deliver seamless HCM services to employees, candidates and vendors.

The role emphasizes data integrity, process improvement, and timely HR data across HRIS and other systems, with responsibility for global time and attendance and talent

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced, full lifecycle HR operations and service delivery.
• Ability to work with global teams and manage vendors.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

• Support employee lifecycle activities from onboarding to offboarding.
• Partner with global HCM teams, compliance, and engineering to align on talent needs.
• Ensure data integrity in HRIS and produce insights for decisions.
• Lead or support strategic HR technology and process improvements.
• Manage time-sensitive HR projects with stakeholders worldwide.
