Goldman Sachs is seeking an HR operations specialist within Human Capital Management to support the employee life cycle and deliver outstanding HCM services globally.

You will partner with global teams, HRBP, compliance, and engineering to drive onboarding, exits, and talent management processes. Strong data analytics, documentation, and stakeholder engagement are essential, with a focus on accurate data and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage HCM operations processes globally with data administration and HRIS maintenance.
• Work with global teams to support onboarding, offboarding, compliance, and talent management.
• Lead or support strategic HR tech, regulatory, and compensation initiatives.
• Focus on data integrity, reporting and insights for HR decisions.
• Provide guidance to clients and stakeholders outside HCM including Payroll and Compliance.
• Handle escalations and ensure smooth HR operations across regions.
