Job summary

Goldman Sachs in Dallas seeks an HR operations specialist to manage the employee lifecycle and deliver outstanding HCM services to employees, candidates, alumni, and vendors worldwide. You will partner with global HCM, compliance, product and engineering teams to support onboarding, offboarding, data integrity, reporting, and talent management processes, driving continuous improvement in service delivery.

This role requires strong problem solving, communication and the ability to collaborate

Qualifications

Experience in a fast paced, full life cycle HR role and operations environment.
Ability to work with global teams, vendor management and HR risk.
Strong problem solving, communication and time management skills.
Preferred MBA or Bachelor’s Degree with relevant experience.
Experience driving HR process improvements and service delivery.

Responsibilities

Support and manage the employee lifecycle and HCM services globally.
Partner with global HCM, compliance, product and engineering teams.
Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and regulatory compliance activities.
Support talent management processes for transfers, reorgs, and performance cycles.
Maintain data accuracy in HRIS and related systems; generate insights and SLAs.
