Job summary

EVS, Inc. is seeking an HR Operations Coordinator to manage day-to-day HR tasks for U.S. and India employees. The role supports onboarding, employee records, benefits, payroll, compliance, and immigration with a hands-on, organized approach.

Based in Minnetonka, MN with hybrid work, you will collaborate with HR leadership, payroll, and finance to ensure accurate, confidential HR processes and strong employee relations support across a growing engineering and surveying team.

Qualifications

• Three+ years in human resources with a focus on operations, employee relations, compliance or related functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin or related field preferred.
• Workday experience a plus.
• Experience supporting HR operations for India is a plus.
• Strong documentation, reporting, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations for US and India employees throughout the lifecycle.
• Respond to HR inquiries, escalate to leadership as needed.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for a smooth experience.
• Administer HR transactions in Workday and maintain confidential records.
• Assist payroll, benefits coordination, and compliance activities.
• Support immigration administration and documentation tracking.
• Prepare HR reports and assist with audits and policy updates.
